Architectural Technician/Technologist

Overview

We seek individuals with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, who are fully conversant with UK Building Regulations, BREEAM and British Standards with experience ideally in the industrial and commercial sectors. The applicant will be confident using AutoCAD and in preparing NBS Specifications and detailed drawing packages for tender and construction to a high standard. Experience of running projects on site is essential and liaising with contractors and sub-contractors. Individuals will be required to work independently and as part of a team.
