This new luxury extra care retirement residence is located in the northern part of the masterplan for the site at Butlers Green, Haywards Heath. The masterplan includes an Extra Care Development, Care Home, Community Building and Retirement Cottages.
PRC were commissioned to provide architectural construction drawings on a design and build contract with Contractor Castleoak.
The proposed development includes 10 independent living cottages in timber frame construction, as well as 58 one and two bedroom apartments over 3 floors in one building. The luxury development will offer residents state of the art communal facilities including a coffee shop, hair and beauty salon and professionally landscaped gardens.
The interiors have been designed and executed by Devon Interiors.
