A new C2 Care village comprising a 50 bed Care Home, 82 Independent Living Units (ILUs) and 26 Assisted Living Units (ALUs), together with a Village Care Centre (VCC) with a variety of communal facilities including a wellness suite for use by residents and visitors.
The proposed development has been given a ‘traditional’ appearance and the design has been heavily influenced by the heritage and environment of the existing Berkshire College of Agriculture site being in green belt land and within the grounds of Grade II registered Park and Grade I listed building Hall Place.
