This mixed use care led development has been designed for Richmond Care Villages.
The first phase includes a 60-bed care home, complete with a restaurant, cafe / bar, auditorium, library, IT suite, garden, croquet lawn, spa and swimming pool; 49 assisted living apartments for people with disabilities; and 76 independent living apartments.
Phase 2 provides 38 residential dwellings which will be developed by Radleigh Homes.
Phase 3 provides 37 care apartments (ILUs) and a village clubhouse (Class C2). This phase forms part of the extended Continuing Care Retirement Village.
