The design is overtly modern with clean crisp building lines. The metal cladding system offers maximum flexibility allowing interchangeability from solid to glass to louvre and enables windows and doors to be easily repositioned. Geothermal energy is used to heat the building and heat exchangers employed to help cool the interiors. The external brise soleil controls daylight, glare and screen the offices from the surrounding environs. A colonnade of columns runs the full with of the building supporting a curved canopy and terminate in a shallow moat which runs the full length of the front elevation.
