Two new standalone industrial units with ancillary office space, associated car parking, access, service yards and landscaping.

Building 110-130 was designed for a single occupier but is capable of being sub divided into three separate units at a later date. To remain in keeping with the neighbouring unit 140 and the Ilecsys building previously approved on zone C a similar palette of materials has been used, which includes white microrib composite cladding to the office area and metalic silver horizontal profile metal cladding to the production area. Building 140 includes vertical cladding to the North elevation, creating a feature at the site entrance. Both units have the office space on the first floor and located at the front of the building, creating more interesting elevations and providing surveillance.
