Outline Masterplan for 1.6m sqft of B1/B2/B8 set in a woodland style setting.
The overall Masterplan aims to deliver GEA 157,617 sqm (1,696,573 sqft) of floor area. This will be split across a range of uses with a degree of flexibility and the type of use envisaged for each plot. The scheme has been designed around extensive landscaped areas to provide a suitable setting within the surrounding countryside. The infrastructure for the site includes the construction of part of a new motorway junction and link road onto the M20.
