PRC undertook the masterplanning and development of this project resulting in obtaining a planning consent for Frogmore Estates Ltd in 2003.
This is a landmark development in the centre of Walton-on-Thames. The development comprised 10,000 sqm retail, 2,000 sqm Health and Fitness with library and 270 flats with one parking space each.
The site was purchased by another developer and the project was subsequently developed further by another practice, however, within the spirit of our approval. These photographs show the final scheme.
