We’re proud to announce the practical completion of Bartley Junction , delivered on May 2025 for XLB!
Bartley Junction is a new Industrial Research and Development (R&D) scheme in the form of 11 units with accommodation from 10,007 – 20,685 sq ft. The 11-unit scheme has been developed to a highly sustainable specification, with a target EPC Rating of ‘A’ and BREEAM ‘Excellent’.
The project now ready for operational handover and use. It’s been an incredible journey marked by collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to quality.
