The new development comprises the redevelopment of an existing self contained employment site within a larger employment zone with easy access the M25 to the east.

Brief was to increase the floor area on the site for a single building with a range of uses that includes Class E (Light Industrial), B2 and B8. Scheme included office areas over two floor and open warehouse with 2 level access doors and 6 loading docks.

As part of comprehensive landscape scheme a green roof is located over the offices offering ecological benefits.
