A compact site located in the heart of Godlaming with extensive established trees, a listed building at the front and a sloping site gave quite a challenge to come up with an innovative design.

Development consists of 53 residential care units with ancillary accommodation. These area arranged with stepped terraces and pergolas promoting indoor and outdoor spaces for the well being of the residents.

The vibrant roof gardens are of fundamental importance to this concept. They provide sheltered, attractive , and interactive green space with opportunities for residents to enjoy active gardening.

The appearance of the buildings were designed to be in harmony with the character of Godalming.
