Phase 5 & 6 were the last two phases of the development at Heathside & Lethbridge.

Development was for Peabody Trust consisting of 11 residential blocks, 7 blocks in phase 5 and 4 blocks in phase 6 comprising a total of 443 apartments with 50% being affordable units. The blocks vary in height from 7 storeys going up to 15 storeys, and are arranged around raised landscaped deck areas with car parking beneath.

The building are primarily designed in brickwork with deep facades set around pojecting and recessed balconies.
