The development comprises a single building (81,811 sqm GEA) to be used for B8 storage and distribution purposes, which was subdivided into 2no. units, with ancillary office, staff welfare space and associated car parking, landscaping & service yards.

The building elevations were designed and coloured to blend into the landscape and reflect the operational nature of the building with the northern and southern elevations containing the glazed office elements which look out over the two car parking areas.

The east and west elevations are largely articulated by
operational access doors and docks that line each facade.

The development was built to a BREEAM very good rating.
