This is a mixed use scheme arranged in 4 blocks set around the listed Town Hall building for Hammersmith & Fulham Council.

The project consists of 206 Residential apartments, Office block, Cinema and some retail units at ground level. There is a basement in part of the development accommodating car parking, Gym, plant rooms, cycle stores and showers.

The buildings are clad with terracotta cladding in varying colours creating a vibrant environment. There are sculptural projecting balconies and recessed winter gardens to the residential units.
