This is a redevelopment of the Whiteley’s store in Bayswater.
The design was carried out for Ardmore with Finchantton as the end client.

The scheme comprised of 131 apartments and 4 Town Houses. The apartments varied from Studio units to 5 bedroom duplex units.

PRC were commissioned to detail design the apartments and all internal corridors, all of which had intricate designs and specialist glazed screens, joinery works to be coordinated. The design also involved bespoke bathroom fittings intricate floor patterns in marble and timber.
