The design consists of two main elements- an office block running parallel to Clarendon Road and a stepped residential massing block following the curve of Gartlet Road.
The residential building is abutted to the office block and steps down from initial 6-storeys to 2-storeys matching the residential properties located in the adjacent conservation area.
