The front façade has been styled and modelled in a regular and stepped form which is designed to break up the buildings massing and scale with the top floor being specifically fully glazed for a lighter appearance and set back from the street frontage in order to minimize it’s impact on the street scene.
The prominent façade material is coloured render with raised elements to provide relief and interest, windows and glazing are a mixture of coloured aluminium framed windows and seamless abutting glass panels.
The office floors benefit from excellent natural light and views over the surrounding town.
