The Charter Quay development is a mixed use scheme linking Kingston High Street with the River Thames. The regeneration of the town centre site including Thames river frontage and market square to provide 220 apartments with basement parking, 4,500 sqm of retail and restaurants together with a new theatre, piazza and wildlife sanctuary.
PRC developed the original concept design to achieve client aspirations and produced the construction drawings for the scheme which won Best Mixed Use Development and the development also won The Building For Life Gold Award. Our client also achieved Housebuilder of the Year.
