This project is a 6.5acre site for 14,991sqm of warehouse space with central service cores and first floor office accommodation.

PRC have provided the design & build of 9no. industrial units of varying sizes ranging from 10,00sqft to 30,000sqft.

Design features include BREEAM ‘Excellent rating, incorporating solar wall, rain water harvesting and green roofs.
