The intention was to create a family of buildings that provide a cohesive appearance across the site. The elevations promote a clean, contemporary aesthetic refreshing the dated and tired buildings previously on site.
PRC successfully completed the development of the 3.8ha site, which includes the demolition of the existing buildings and the construction of 16,323 sqm of employment floorspace (Classes B1(c), B2 and B8 to maximise flexibility) spread over four separate units.
The development has achieved Very Good BREEAM rating.
